One of the most influential and dynamic England players in the English Premiership has headed south to pursue alternative opportunities.
England and Saracens star Maro Itoje jetted off to Kenya with the Atlas Foundation in support of charitable projects in Nairobi.
The 27-year-old lock was a key presence in the England pack during the series Down Under, but was ruled out of the third and decisive Test against the Wallabies in Sydney due to a concussion.
He is expected back in action with Saracens on 24 September when the Londoners kick off the 2022-23 Premiership season against Gloucester Tigers.
